Data Processing and Infrastructure: Software solutions offered by AlternativKraft GmbH are presented to your service in the capacity of technical infrastructure provider (Software-Provider). All our systems have server architecture suitable for the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/DSGVO) standards.
Usage Responsibility: Especially during the use of modules such as personnel management, vehicle tracking, and digital vehicle logbook; legal and administrative responsibilities such as obtaining Works Council (Betriebsrat) approval, informing employees, and duly fulfilling tax office (Finanzamt) requirements belong entirely to the user company (customer). Our company is responsible only for the functionality of the technical infrastructure in these processes; it does not provide legal consultancy services.
