1. Service Provider Role: AlternativKraft GmbH acts in the capacity of “Integrator and Consultant” (Integrator & Consultant) under this service title. Our company is not the creator or developer of artificial intelligence models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, etc.). The service offered is limited to technical support regarding the connection of existing technologies to the customer’s systems and their usage.
2. EU Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act) Compliance: The legal responsibility regarding the intended use of developed or integrated artificial intelligence systems, the nature of data sets, and the usage areas of outputs (especially obligations within the scope of the EU AI Act) belongs entirely to the Customer (the Operator of the System). Our company does not provide legal compliance consultancy; it provides referrals to competent law firms and certified audit firms in this regard.
3. Accuracy of Outputs (Hallucination Risk): At the current technology level, artificial intelligence systems may produce erroneous, misleading, or biased information (Hallucination). AlternativKraft GmbH does not guarantee the accuracy, currency, and legality of contents, reports, or decisions produced by artificial intelligence. Direct use of AI outputs in business processes without being checked by a human is the customer’s responsibility.
4. Data Privacy and Copyright: Our company is not responsible for uncertainties regarding the copyrights or trade secret nature of the data entered by the Customer into artificial intelligence tools (Input) and the outputs obtained (Output). The customer accepts that data sent to third-party AI services (OpenAI, Microsoft, etc.) is subject to the privacy policies of the relevant service providers.
