  • Official Turquality Audit: Final audits made for acceptance into the scope of Turquality®️ are carried out by audit firms authorized by the Ministry. We prepare you for this audit; we do not perform the audit personally.

  • Independent Audit and CPA: The audit and certification of financial statements in international standards (IFRS) are carried out by authorized Certified Public Accountants (CPA) or Independent Audit Companies.

  • Quality Certificates (ISO): Issuing certificates such as ISO 9001, 27001 is under the authority of accredited certification bodies. We establish your system and include the certification firm in the process on your behalf.

In the following cases where the consultancy process requires special professional authority, official license, or legal certification; while the process is coordinated by us, the transactions are carried out exclusively by authorized experts and institutions with whom we are contracted:

1. Legal Services and Labor Law: All processes requiring legal consultancy (Rechtsberatung) such as the preparation of company articles of association, employment contracts, distributorship agreements, or KVKK/GDPR texts are carried out by independent lawyers registered with the Bar Association with whom we cooperate.

2. Financial Consultancy and Tax Advisory: Tax return submission, official bookkeeping (Buchführung), balance sheet approval, and tax consultancy (Steuerberatung) services; are provided by our authorized solution partners holding the title of “Steuerberater” (Financial Advisor) in Germany and “SMMM/YMM” in Turkey. We take part in the “Management Reporting” (Controlling) side in this process.

3. Independent Audit and Certification: Final audit and certification of programs such as ISO Quality Certificates (9001, 27001, etc.) or Turquality®️ are performed by accredited Certification Bodies or Independent Audit Firms. Our company prepares you for these audits (Preparation), it does not issue the document personally.
