Family Constitution Preparation Process: Conducting managerial workshops and strategic construction of consensus texts to place the relationship between family members and the company on a professional ground. (Note: Contracts required for the constitution to gain legal validity are arranged by our contracted law firms.)

4. Expertise and Accreditation Management (Referral Policy)
Corporate management processes may require special authorization documents, official audit authority, or legal certification at some stages. As AlternativKraft GmbH, we remain faithful to our authority limits; in the following cases, we direct you to our accredited solution partners and coordinate the process:
Official Turquality Audit: Final audits made for acceptance into the scope of Turquality®️ are carried out by audit firms authorized by the Ministry. We prepare you for this audit; we do not perform the audit personally.
Independent Audit and CPA: The audit and certification of financial statements in international standards (IFRS) are carried out by authorized Certified Public Accountants (CPA) or Independent Audit Companies.
Quality Certificates (ISO): Issuing certificates such as ISO 9001, 27001 is under the authority of accredited certification bodies. We establish your system and include the certification firm in the process on your behalf.

1. Nature of Consultancy: AlternativKraft GmbH carries out “Management Consultancy” activities under this service title. The services we offer cover strategy determination, process improvement, and operational preparation activities. Our company is not a Law Firm or an Independent Audit Firm.
2. Result Guarantee: Acceptance of Turquality®️, trademark registration, or government incentive applications is at the discretion of the relevant ministries, audit firms, and official institutions. Our company undertakes to manage the preparation processes at the highest standard; however, it does not give a result guarantee that the application will definitely be accepted or that full points will be obtained from the audit.
3. Legal and Financial Advice: The service we offer on issues such as Family Constitution, Amendment of Articles of Association, or Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) is limited to “managerial consensus” and “strategic setup.” The necessary legal/financial transactions for these documents to gain legal validity and compliance with tax legislation are carried out exclusively by our contracted lawyers and financial advisors.

⚠️ AUTHORITY LIMITS AND SOLUTION PARTNERSHIP POLICY
AlternativKraft GmbH strictly observes legal authority limits in the services it offers. In the following cases where the consultancy process requires special professional authority, official license, or legal certification; while the process is coordinated by us, the transactions are carried out exclusively by authorized experts and institutions with whom we are contracted:
1. Legal Services and Labor Law: All processes requiring legal consultancy (Rechtsberatung) such as the preparation of company articles of association, employment contracts, distributorship agreements, or KVKK/GDPR texts are carried out by independent lawyers registered with the Bar Association with whom we cooperate.
2. Financial Consultancy and Tax Advisory: Tax return submission, official bookkeeping (Buchführung), balance sheet approval, and tax consultancy (Steuerberatung) services; are provided by our authorized solution partners holding the title of “Steuerberater” (Financial Advisor) in Germany and “SMMM/YMM” in Turkey. We take part in the “Management Reporting” (Controlling) side in this process.
3. Independent Audit and Certification: Final audit and certification of programs such as ISO Quality Certificates (9001, 27001, etc.) or Turquality®️ are performed by accredited Certification Bodies or Independent Audit Firms. Our company prepares you for these audits (Preparation), it does not issue the document personally.
