Service Provider Role: AlternativKraft GmbH serves as a “Technical Contractor and Software Developer” in mobile application projects.
1. Content and Intellectual Property: The legal responsibility for the business model, text, visuals, user data collection method, and scenarios contained within the developed applications belongs entirely to the customer (project owner). Our company is not obliged to audit the compliance of the business model or content requested by the customer with copyright laws, competition laws, or general moral rules.
2. Store Approval Processes: Platforms such as Apple App Store and Google Play Store have the right to unilaterally change their publishing policies and technical requirements. Our company undertakes the application’s compliance with technical standards; however, it cannot be held responsible for rejection decisions or removal of the application from publication by third-party platforms (Markets) due to “business model, content, or policy changes.”
3. Legal Compliance: The compliance of the application with the legal regulations in the targeted market (e.g., TMG, DSGVO, Child Protection Laws in Germany), and the content of legal texts such as “Imprint” (Impressum) and “Privacy Policy” are the customer’s responsibility. AlternativKraft GmbH provides the technical infrastructure but does not provide legal consultancy services.
