Limitation of Liability for Legal and Tax Services: The company is not a law firm or tax consultancy within the meaning of the German Legal Services Act (RDG) or the Tax Consultancy Act (StBerG).
Non-legal Administrative and Procedural Support:
We offer technical and administrative assistance such as document preparation, digitisation, administrative coordination, secretarial support and call-center services.

Any matters requiring legal advice or representation—such as visas, residence permits, recognition procedures, company formation, labour law or court proceedings—are handled exclusively by our independent and authorised legal partners.
