Asylum Procedure and Obtaining Permanent Residency

Scope of Our Services:

Withdrawal of Asylum Application and Residence Permit Application:

We provide support for individuals who wish to withdraw their asylum application and guidethem throughout the entire application process. Together, we plan the necessary steps toobtain a residence permit without the need to leave Germany. We also manage the familyreunification process for spouses and minor children under the residence permit framework.

Application Requirements and Conditions:

For individuals who entered Germany before March 29, 2023, and possess specificprofessional qualifications, we assess the requirements for applying for permanent residencyand offer suitable options. We prepare the necessary documents for various groups, such as university graduates, vocational school graduates, skilled workers with journeyman or mastercraftsman certificates, IT specialists, and professional drivers.

Preparation of Required Documents:

We assist in the preparation and translation of documents such as passports, diplomas, recognition certificates, employment contracts, employer statements, and languagecertificates. We offer consultations on obtaining language certificates in accordance with theGerman language requirements.

Recognition of Qualifications and Professional Experience:

We handle applications for full or partial recognition of qualifications and assist in planningadditional training or processes if only partial recognition is granted. We provide professionalsupport in tracking and completing recognition applications.

Permanent Residency and Work Permit Process:

After withdrawing the asylum application, we guide you through the entire process of applying for permanent residency and a work permit. We track the processes with theForeigners‘ Registration Office and the Employment Agency and offer advice at every stage, from applying for a temporary residence card to transitioning to a permanent residence card.

Language Skills and Unlimited Residency Rights:

We provide information on the right to unlimited residency after 21 months for individualswith B1-level German language skills and after 33 months for those without Germanlanguage skills. For individuals with C1-level German, we offer information about the right tonaturalization after 36 months and assist you through the corresponding processes.
